Hello Everyone,

I am Sharon Jean Bryant, founder of Angels Remembered.  I lost my son Andy Dunbar in 1977 in a freak accident.  A tree fell on him in my yard.  He was almost 6 years old. He was born on my birthday.  I wanted this site, dedicated to his memory, for all parents who have to walk the road of bereavement.

I am a member of My Mom Is A Survivor and The Compassionate Friends.

I realize how important it is to keep our children's memories alive.  They are all we have to live with for the rest of our lives.  It is how we as bereaved parents survive.

I and another mom, Debbie Chase, have started an online support system called Whispers Of The Heart.   Feel free to contact Debbie or myself at our email address below if you are interested in subscribing.  It comes to you five days a week through email.  It is working and helping many.  We offer articles, poetry, and parents participate with their own feelings on many issues we discuss about childloss.  The link will take you to our preview page of Whispers.

It is my dream that this website will help all bereaved parents to keep their child's memory alive for I feel all of our children are...Our Angels Remembered.
I also want parents who are just beginning this journey to know no matter how hard days and nights are, there many of us who care, for we too have endured the pain.  I also want you to know that you are not alone.
